The pandemic has challenged even the most robust supply chains, across Canada and around the world. Shortages and delays in essential items brought to light the significant risks and gaps that existed. Specifically, Jay will discuss:
• What makes the top manufacturing countries in the world competitive.
• How Canadian companies can strengthen their global manufacturing positions.
• How Operational Excellence, digitization and innovation will drive Supply Chain performance in the months and years to come.
