The pandemic has challenged even the most robust supply chains, across Canada and around the world. Shortages and delays in essential items brought to light the significant risks and gaps that existed. How does the Canadian Supply Chain compare to that of other countries and the ability of these other countries to weaponize their supply chain?

Join us as Jay Davis, NGens Supply Chain and Operational Excellence Leader will discuss these questions and more. He'll share insights from a recent assessment completed by NGen, with support from Deloitte Canada, on the Canadian Supply Chain.

Specifically, Jay will discuss:
• What makes the top manufacturing countries in the world competitive.
• How Canadian companies can strengthen their global manufacturing positions.
• How Operational Excellence, digitization and innovation will drive Supply Chain performance in the months and years to come.
