IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR PROJECT PITCHES

NGen is looking for companies to deliver project pitches at our upcoming collaboration event. Before submitting a project pitch, we ask that you first review the scope of the program.  If you have any questions, please contact ev-challenge@ngen.ca. 

If you are confident that your project is in scope, please provide us with:

1. A 3-minute self-recorded project pitch, using the template deck provided along with voiceover. The recording should discuss your company, your project idea and outline the types of partners you are seeking highlighting:
1. Information/ title slide,
2. project description and
3. the expertise you are looking for
   
   
2. Send your project pitch recording in  .mp4 or .wav format to ev-challenge@ngen.ca , no later than 5pm EST on June 9^th
   
   
3. Provide us with the name(s) and email(s) of the company representative(s) that will be attending, should your project be picked to showcase. 
   
   It is essential that you or a colleague be available for networking and specific company questions.  Each pitch company will be given a virtual networking table, where companies can come and meet with you and your colleague(s).
   
   

Due to the limited presentation slots, we are encouraging companies that have a clear project outline in mind that is currently looking for collaborators, and companies that have not previously presented the same project idea at another NGen collaboration event.

Those chosen to pitch at the event will be notified by June 15^th.
