Aurel has developed a missing piece of the puzzle for chemical process digital twins involving AI, Machine Learning, and Real Time Optimization (RTO). This novel technology consists of the ability to reliably track a live chemical process, 24/7, with a first principles simulator, CADSIM® Plus, while simultaneously performing Dynamic Data Reconciliation to correct faulty measurements.
 
Real Time Optimization can now be performed knowing where the dynamic process is currently operating and without being fooled by measurements that do not add up.
 
AI and Machine Learning no longer need to be burdened by trying to learn first principles and do not need to fail because of transient, time-shifted and poor measurements.

What YOU will bring to the table:

  • Collaborative industrial partner (pulp and paper, mineral processing, oil and gas, chemical, food processing) that has a need for Real Time Optimization and/or AI application to improve the bottom line of their process operation. Industrial partner would have a team leader able to spearhead the implementation, and individuals able to provide appropriate process information, P&IDs, data historian or DCS access with OPC, cost information, objectives, and possibly the logic and rules behind power contracts. We are especially interested in an industrial partner that appreciates that advanced process control will likely fail without being able to determine the current dynamic process operating condition since their measurements simply "do not add up".
  • Collaborative AI partner for projects that may require AI specific solutions who are having difficulty with AI learning and prediction for dynamic chemical processes. AI partner should have proven technology ready to implement as a hybrid solution with our process tracking.
