It’s easy to get started. Here’s how.

We’ve heard from manufacturers across the country and with the new Future Ready program, training is now simpler and more flexible for your team. The program equips Canadian manufacturers with the tools and funding to maximize automation, train existing workers, and bring new workers into Canada’s manufacturing workforce.

After completing the first one-hour online training module and a skills-assessment, manufacturers can qualify to receive government funding, covering up to 80% of the cost for specialized employee training programs of their choice, up to a maximum of $8,000 per company.

Not sure if your team qualifies? Learn more about the Future Ready program and speak with one of our training and upskilling experts at NGen.

"One of the very best training programs that I have been exposed to, ever! It was well paced, insightful, instructive and dynamic with solid interaction orchestrated by the NGen team (Stewart, Christie and Dr. Dan). I would highly recommend the program be expanded and made widely available to manufacturing teams across Canada."

The Future Ready Project recognizes and prioritizes Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion (EDI) as a fundamental framework for creating a future that is fair, welcoming, and inclusive to people of all genders, races, sexual orientations, gender expressions, faiths, and socio-economic statuses. To improve our EDI approaches, we collaborate with other organizations to adopt best practices and adapt to evolving times and demographics. Although we have a lot of work to do, we are taking an important step forward by making EDI a part of our daily practices.
