RedLore’s Real-Time Location and Condition Monitoring Solution tracks assets (inventory, equipment, people) in real-time. RedLore’s unique advantage is that the solution is entirely wire-free and does not require any wired infrastructure. It reduces the installation time from weeks to a few days, even in large facilities, avoiding intruding on the ongoing operations.

We are seeking a partner to provide us with a challenging problem that can be solved by tracking assets and monitoring their condition in a live operation.

About RedLore:

Provider of a real-time location and condition tracking solution for objects and people, aka a Real-Time Location System (RTLS). It renders traditional barcode and RFID-based processes “touchless” with the goal to increase industrial productivity. RedLore RTLS provides high accuracy (1.5ft or 50cm) indoor positioning without requiring any wired infrastructure.

Typical applications include indoor & outdoor asset tracking, production process tracking, material flow tracking, real-time inventory, condition monitoring, safety-tracking of people, equipment tracking & utilization, consignment stocking, vendor-managed inventory (VMI), and automatic (un)loading detection.

Mostly used by manufacturers, distributors, and 3PLs, RedLore RTLS consists of (1) low-cost IoT tags attached to equipment, inventory, reusable packaging, and people, (2) cloud-based algorithms transform raw data into insights, (3) control tower dashboards with an API to integrate or sent to the customer’s IT system.

  • Integrate Real-Time Location and Condition Monitoring Solution in a live manufacturing or logistics environment.

  • Track tools, inventory or people to solve the following problems: human error, excessive labor cost in material handling, lost inventory/shrinkage, lost tooling and equipment.

  • Generate live insights to reduce these problems with actionable remedial assistance.
