We provide biomimetic Helicoid™ composite technology to significantly improve fiber-reinforced composite (FRPs) parts impact toughness with 10% to 40% weight savings and reduction in raw material costs. Producing using Helicoid™ can improve cycle time by up to 27% which will result in a further reduction in manufacturing costs. Helicoid™ technology is easily incorporated with any type of FRPs (fiber/resin) and benefits are achieved using any raw materials and conventional manufacturing.
