With an existing platform, the company is looking for a technology partner that can work with them to integrate software and autonomous technology into their current advanced manufacturing heavy-duty manual platform; custom-built, it can hold up to 20,000 lbs.

Project description:

  • CDMO to support the process development and manufacturing needs of CDN SME’s
  • Implement Quality Management Systems (QMS) and advanced technology platforms to meet the needs of the market and align with regulatory bodies for approval
  • Redefine and deliver improved training, logistics, supply chain, and distribution for the CGT sector in Canada / North America

PROJECT OBJECTIVES:

Process development and scale-up for 5-7 SME’s with novel CGT IP

Develop a novel platform technologies for advanced CGT manufacturing

Integrate SME processes and manufacturing platforms into a best-in-class CDMO serving the North American CGT market

OUR EXPERTISE AND ROLE IN THE PROJECT:

Process development (PD) and scale-up for new CGT technologies and products.

Facilities for Phase I and II clinical grade production of GMP products.

Advanced manufacturing platforms (e.g. closed, automated, scalable, and quality systems) for CGT manufacturing.

Understanding of industry and global network.

EXPERTISE WE ARE SEEKING:

Companies with CGT therapy products at TRL 4 – 6 requiring PD and GMP manufacturing.

Companies with CGT manufacturing platform technologies that can be developed and integrated into the CDMO as a service offering to SMEs.

Partners in regulatory approval; training; logistics; supply chain; and distribution.

Project description: Demonstrate effectiveness of IoT (Internet-of-Things) Solutions for Manufacturing in live manufacturing environment, including one or more of the following applications:

machine vibration monitoring, asset location (indoor and in yard), monitoring of integrity and location of goods, forklift truck monitoring, cold chain monitoring

(other IoT applications can be considered as well)

PROJECT OBJECTIVES

  • Integrate IoT solutions in a live manufacturing environment
  • Fine-tune IoT solutions for maximum effectiveness
  • Assess performance and added value of these IoT solutions
  • Determine field installation challenges for these IoT solutions
